Basmati rice.

I instructed my chef on how to cook basmati rice. Most n'er do wells rinse the rice after cooking, this is not necessary. I simply boil for 10 minutes and serve, leaving a mix of crunchy bits and starchy gloop. Slushdaughter told me it's the traditional way of cooking rice in Calcutta. :heart:
