Ersatz Cous-Cous cooked by my mummy.

A Moroccan would never eat it, of course, but he would possibly lapidate her.

My diet has gone very well. i have lost a stone in weight on a diet made up of a tin of Heinz lentil soup each day. (The other calories coming from cider. One of your 5-a-day. )
Image
Add a few crushed chillis and some curry powder and, voila, you have a lovely low calorie Dhal curry. A bit of toast completes the meal.

Now moving into my Corn Flakes phase.
Image
Some red-top skimmed milk adds to this nutricious meal packed with essential vitamins and minerals.

As a treat I have the occasional low-fat Edam mini babybel.

More diet tips to come.

I think there could be a book in this. :)

Red top skimmed milk is like fucking dish-water, there's much more nutrition and vitamins in green top.

i know I know. I have tried it before. It is shit. A rash move by me in Penrith Morrisons today. It was my dinner break and I still had to queue at the tobacco counter for 3 packs of American Spirit rolling tobacco,

(another essential part of the diet - it is made by the Red Indians with only natural ingredients, so another healthy option) and I was rushing because there are always stupid cunts deliberating over which scratch cards to select. :grrr:

Green top it is from now on. :)

(i will credit you with this information in the upcoming book.)
